This happens sometimes. Visit a pediatrician for a check up and tests. Usually this is not a serious issue but check up is most important

This can be normal. Many toddlers pass urine frequently when they are awake because they drink fluids regularly, while during sleep urine production naturally decreases, so they may stay dry for 2–3 hours. If your child is otherwise active, growing well, and has no pain/burning during urination, fever, excessive thirst, foul-smelling urine, or poor weight gain, this is usually not a cause for concern. If any of these symptoms are present, please consult your pediatrician for evaluation

Greetings Frequent daytime urination can be completely normal for a 15-month-old toddler due to high fluid intake, an active lifestyle, or a developing bladder that naturally relaxes during sleep. However, this urination pattern can also resemble conditions like a urinary tract infection (UTI), constipation putting pressure on the bladder, or daytime urinary frequency syndrome. Please double-check the child's physical symptoms and diaper habits to see if there are any changes in the color or smell of the urine. To help evaluate this further, look out for other key indicators like:Signs of pain, crying, or straining while passing urine ,An unexplained fever, lethargy, or vomiting Excessive thirst or a sudden, drastic increase in overall water consumption .If any of these signs are present, or if you remain concerned, it is highly recommended to consult a pediatrician for a quick urine test to ensure everything is functioning safely.

This is normal for them as they are learning bladder control and trying to assess how this function works so this is quite normal There can be few warning signs if the child is passing urine drop drop (dribbling) and is crying while passing urine or is having fever then you need to consult with a paediatrician

I suppose the child is in toddler age and it is quite common for them to have frequently urination as they are developing the sense of bladder control also there is no any associated symptoms. In sleep he is not urinating which is good thing however if any symptoms like drop by drop urination or fever develops kindly contact the pediatrician or consult with me. As it would need assessment later.
