Hi, I got a few tests done a couple of days ago, and require medical certificate to show to my new employer that my health is fine. Will it be possible to do it online?

Valid medical fitness certificate can be issued only offline,but some companies do accept the fitness prescription, prescribed online too. So ask ur HR ,If they would accept the online issued prescription of fitness/ or if they need valid fitness certificate
