Need Advise about Endofert H

Hello .My wife is undergoing IVF treatment. IVF cycle to be done by the next weekend.Today doctor advised to increase the dose of Endofert H to 6 tablets in a day.Is it advisable to take so many tablets in a day my wife has severe head ache and felling pukish.
