Need advice on lower back pain

Hi I am having lower backpain can u advice some good analgesic with muscle relaxant and any other medical that can help me in recovery asap. And any kind of test need to be done in future.

Do you have back pain in morning More in rest ?? Or after activity Any other joint pain Simple pain killer will not help you,need proper diagnosis
