Need advice for medication prescribed

I have been getting pain behind my right ear and neck which I've been told is due to a damaged tooth in my right lower jaw. I was told to take Enzoflam 2 times and Almox 500 2 times a day. I have been getting pain in my body. Is the dosage that's been prescribed too strong? Or is it the medication reacting to the infection? Please advise on how to deal with this. My dentist has been unreachable since yesterday.

The dosage is wrong. You must take almox three times a day. Please check with your dentist and atleast 3 times a day atleast for 3 days. Also kindly take both medications after food You will not have body pain due to these medications but if you are referring to pain in your stomach or chest, it may be possible due to the pain killer which can irritate your stomach. Please ask your dentist to give you medicines to prevent stomach irritation if that is the issue. You will be given medicine to take before food
