My wife was tested pregnent before 2 months so I had given her abortion kit through which her abortion was successful but 2 months after she again tested positive and we want abortion again so what we should do?? Is medical abortion safe again?

You should get an ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy as well as confirm the gestational age and then doctor can advice regarding termination after discussing all options.
