Neck upper back and shoulder blades pain

Upper back and shoulder blades pain from 6 months intermittent. Sometimes pain comes in arms back side muscles. Desk job and I want to correct my posture. Pls suggest.

It might be due to ur posture sir.try to maintain ur posture if ur sitting for a longer hours Maintain Ergonomics along with posture.start doing stretching and strengthening exercises to neck.
