Your symptoms suggest cervical spondylosis with muscle tension and anxiety. Neck stiffness, choking sensation, breathlessness, and body twitching indicate musculoskeletal issues combined with anxiety/panic. Since cardiac tests were normal, focus on neck and stress evaluation.
Next Steps
Get cervical spine X-ray or MRI Consult orthopedic or neurologist Try physiotherapy and neck exercises Consider anxiety evaluation Avoid prolonged screen time and poor posture
Health Tips
Don't ignore persistent symptoms. Anxiety can worsen physical symptoms. Practice relaxation techniques. Good posture and regular breaks are important. If breathlessness worsens, seek immediate care.
