Suffering from pain in neck side upper back and elbow joint pain in right hand . Also pain tingling in palm . It's been 7 months .

Hi,
It seems to be like Cervical Spondylitis with Nerve compression as you have all the symptoms like Tingling, radiating pain etc. Sometimes trigger points also may develop due to which you have tenderness locally in upper back and shoulder region.
