Apply ice packs n then voilini ( any diclofenac gel) Do not massage. Rest. Avoid any forceful neck movements until pain goes off . Latter Neck isometrics advised. Also check your posture
Apply diclofenac ointment for 10mins, after cleaning do hot water fermentation for 15mins, repeat this twice a day.
After reducing of pain do neck isometric exercises gently.
