Neck pain on right side

I am getting neck pain at the right side (back) since last 2 or 3 days. Maybe due to stress or sprain or sleeping posture. Please advise.

Most of the times it is neck sprain if it is only 2 to 3 days most probably due to sleeping posture but might be start of spondylosis. Painkillers and physiotherapy will help
