I have a neck pain from 6 months past can anyone suggest me?

No other feild of medical science is as much effective as physiotherapy in ur case..refer for spine evaluation and root cause..thereafter move to proper rehab n exercise

neck pain just like back pain will have many reasons like poor work stress overuse of arms or liftings weights ,even disc,,so proper evaluation is required to know the exact cause and to be treated accordingly..consult a physio near you for proper guidance.

Neck muscles usually stiff gives pain and forward head posture which is usually the cause of pain.learn posture correction and neck exercises and do it regularly.taping neck muscles gives excellent immediate pain relief.go to a therapist for taping ur neck muscles

Hi, Begin daily gentle stretching, including neck rolls and shoulder rolls, once the worst of your pain has subsided. Gently tilt, bend and rotate your neck. Warm your neck and back with a heating pad or in the shower or bath before doing these exercises. Your doctor or a physical therapist can instruct you in doing these exercises...
