I had been facing neck pain from last 2 or 3 months and crackling sensation also and i had consulted a orthopaedic at RML hospital and he prescribed me as i attached it here and after this still i am having same problem

Physiotherapy treatment must. Stretching exercises and strength exercises. Posture corrections must. Avoid toward bending till relief.

Hello sir, At your age most probably you're suffering with facetal joint arthritis or nerve root compression. You need further evaluation both clinically and radiologically. Meet an orthopaedic surgeon ASAP. All the best
