I am facing gastric issue & observe when i had this problem my neck pain also start (spondylitis kind pain ) with headache. Just want to know from where I have to start treatment.

Tab pand 40(1-0-1)before food 5days. Tabcipzox(1-0-1)after food 3days. Powerflam spray 2-3times a day. Syr sucralfate (3ml-3ml-3ml)before food 2weeks.
