Neck pain after getting up from bed

2017-03-20 09:12:41
I was suffering from severe neck pain that was also present towards the neck back interface region too. I underwent interference therapy (physiotherapy) and also took medicines as prescribed in this forum. Mag Ph 6x, Bellis perenis 200, Cup Met 1M. Now the intensity of the pain has decreased. However, whenever I get from bed (whether whole night's sleep or light 30 min sleep), I feel acute pain (cramp like to some extent). On waking up it gradually decreases. but the pain is not completely gone. Kindly advise. It has been 10 days since I have been taking these medicines. Should I continue or stop? Thanks in advance

Need X RAY report of cervical spine. Stop your current medicines for 10 days.  May start if required after. Seems some overdosing has happened.

Hi, if you have neck pain after rest....it might be muscular cramps of your neck muscles....it might be because of strain of your neck muscles due to two wheeler travel, bus travel, any work physically done might aggravate the condition....think of the cause after which it started...and also if the cause is not known you can go for an xray to rule out cervical spondylosis....so meet a good homoeopath find the cause get treated...for both the complaints homoeopathy has good remedies...
Next Steps
you can try hot applications to relieve pain....also while travelling wear a neck collar....take rest....drink lots of water....do not use pillow while sleeping...have a towel folded and kept instead of pillow....u continue the medicines for atleast 15 more days....then u will find good relief....
