Neck ache.

I'm 25 years old, I frequently get neck pain. From the time I started neck exercises I started to feel better. Unfortunately I skipped the exercises from the past 1 months. Recently my neck started aching, its high in the morning times and slowly reduces as time passes. I'm not using any medication currently. Can anyone please suggest on how I can proceed further ?
