Nausea vomiting at 6 weeks preganncy

Hi I am at my 6 weeks. I had vomiting at mrg and night for past 2 days and nausea for past 4-5 days. Yesterday afternoon i took one doxinate tablet prescribed by my doctor. After that my nausea and vomiting stopped all of a sudden. Is this norm pls help me

Tab Doxinate is the most common medicine advised for Vomiting occurring due to pregancy.  So if you have got relief then it is normal. For further information plz consult.
