I am currently 7 week pregnant and having nausea without vomiting. Not feeling like to eat any food. Doctor has prescribed Doxinate tablet. Can I start taking this tablet though I don't have vomiting?

Doxinate will help only with vomitting Fr nausea small frequent meal Avoid spicy n fried food Walk after each meal That should help
