Nausea dizziness vomiting weakness

I got married in the month of October. Since 2 weeks I was having nausea, dizziness, leg cramps, vomiting & bachache. Always feeling tired. Today I got my periods and it is very painful. I never had such symptoms or pain before during periods. This is the first time I'm facing. Any particular reason or any issue?

Get your blood tests like CBP, thyroid and vit d levels. And do USG to rule out causes for dysmenorrhoea. Do you have heavy bleeding or late period?
