What nasal spray should I use? Doctor gave me Otrivin nasal drops for chronic sinusitis. I also have fluticasone Nasal spray IP and Nasoclear. Please tell me which is the best amongst them...

Consult Now
Dont use otrivin for long duration, max use it for less than a week. Fluticasone u can use but gradually taper the dose, nasoclear u can use without worry
