Hi, Please suggest me a good nasal spray for nose blockage and congestion. I am using concor 5mg for my bp too. Thanks

You could use xylometazoline nasal spray ie otrivin However you should not use it for more than 3 days ,as prolonged use causes rebound running nose and also it's side effect includes increased blood pressure.As you are an hypertensive ,need to be watchful
