One side of my nasal path is 80% blocked and the other side is 50% blocked and hence I am having a breathing problem while sleeping. I can't able to sleep properly due to my heavy breathing problem .

Kindly should it to an ENT SPECIALIST. U NEED TO FIND OUT Why your nose is obstructed . Is due to cold or any other factors like DNS, adenoids etc.
