Nasal Polyp with DNS Surgery

Hello Dr, Myself Vivek Verma 27y, diagnosed with Nasal Polyp with DNS by Dr P. Harihara Murthy - ENT (Bangalore). He suggested me for a surgery after investigations. My family lives near by Delhi, therefore it will be more convenient for me to get operated there. Just wanted to know how can I connect for this to you and proceed it further as i am not in Delhi. I can share you details of my CT Scan report and set up date for surgery. Thanks in Advance
