I had 3 operation for unblock nose after few days later it come back again, I'm tired to open this, please suggest me what I do ? No sneezing no cough , just block nose all time and chest congestion, snoring , also I'm loosing mine vocal sound

Firstly, kindly clarify.. did u have 3 operations for nose block or 1 surgery for nose block.
it would be ideal if you could provide me with your previous reports or previous operation details. your noseblock is causing the problems of snoring and repeated infections.
