Nasal polpy surgery enquiry
I have nasal polyps since 4 years..they r getting bothersome with passing time.. Can the surgery to remove polyps be done under local anaesthesia? I want to get it done but cant go under general... i have high bp and severe anxiety.. plz inform me if any latest technique is there to remove them under local anathesia and in a quick n painless method?
Although, the disease if not extensive, can be cleared under Local anesthesia but in view of high BP and anxiety, you should opt for surgery under GA to avoid complications of high bleeding and the risk associated.
