Nasal Congestion Sinus

She is suffering from acute cold, nasal congestion for last 5 days. On self medication with Livocitrezen and nasal drops. Normally she suffers with the problem during winter times. But this time it is very severe. Compounding to this, she is suffering from headache also during these days. Kindly advise.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  She might be having acute sinusitis.  We cannot suggest any medicines for her apart from what she is taking without examining.
