Dear Sir /Mam using otrivin last 10days but its leading to.crust and blockage again so need some cheap nasal spray without side effects and cab be used longer days Please guide on same Thanks

Never use otrivin and similar nasal drops for more than 5 days. Better to use saline nasal drops/sprays like Physiomer hypertonic nasal spray.
