Nasal blockage and difficulty Breathing
Hi
I am having nasal blockage issue since October last year including recurring colds nasal blockage fullness in ears and ringing sensation in ears while at night. This has not happened before. I used to have ice cream and cold drinks but now even minor intake causes issues. My nose is never clear even if i am ok.
Is there is any treatment for this or could be sinus.
Otrivin nasal drops 2puffs 2 times per day for 1 wk
Tab. Montek lc once daily during night time for 1 wk
and Steam inhalation
These will provide relief of symptoms
