Nasal allergy
I am having nasal allergy, it comes into action when weather changes, season change period like from summer to monsoon. I got continuous sneezing, watering nose n eyes and headache and swelled nose.please suggest which type of medication should I prefer.. allopathy, ayurvedic or homeopathic. Had taken allopathy for 3 years, but still my immunity not improved and I can not eat anything cold and need to avoid things like ice cream, cakes, milk shakes, curd,banana n many more food items. Please suggest n help me.
Your having seasonal rhinitis. First and foremost you need to identify the allergen which is triggering the allergic response in your body. Once you identify this, please avoid any exposure to that particular allergen, in addition your adviced not to expose yourself to any kind of dust and to cover your nose when anticipation contact with dust.
