I have my arms dislocated so wanted to fix it up.the shoulder has been dislocated around 2 yrs back so wanted to fix it up now.

I presume you got the dislocation reduced in time. If that is the case, and there has been no repeat dislocation, I believe that no further treatment is needed. If it is still dislocated, better to visit an orthopedic surgeon

Dear client seems pic is little hazy or the words are little misleading you must be having reccurent dislocations for past two yrs rt. Coz you can not expect to keep a dislocated shoulder for yrs as it may start loading surrounding tissues causing serious injury.
Next Steps
Your earlier orthosurgeon must have suggested you to go for some stabilisation exercises. so plz find how much you are compiled to that either case you should start some exercise before surgery to improve muscle strength. And then visit Your Ortho surgeon for final verdict .

You will need a MRI of the involved shoulder . Once there is a confirmed pathology then treatment can be started
