Can 10cm myoma be removed laparoscopically? Is abdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy different? Can 10cm myoma be removed laparoscopically? Will a catheter be inserted after surgery or it's not required?

A 10 cm myoma can be removed laparoscopically . Laparoscopy and abdominal myomectomy are different. Catheter will be inserted in both the modes of operation and it will be there for 24 hours after surgery.
