Hello dear, the upper wisdom teeth and next two teeths has to get to be removed, there is no need of surgery to remove those tooth, the cost differ depending upon the locality of the clinic

Hi...from pic that u attached it seems it will come out easily but cnt say with surety...attach xray if you can..mostly surgery won't b needed...cost varies place to place so won't be able to help you with that but I think it won't be that costly..Get these teeth extracted soon they are infected..
