She often feels fever, And sore throat these days She is taking higher stress due to increasing COVID cases. She believes to takes medicines in anticipation. The problem here is definitely due to negative thinking. Plz help

Hi. Mnitor her physical health. Take med everytime after consulting a Physician. Ask her to go for walk in neighborhoods  early in the morning with precautions. Take intiative to feel her comfortable in indoor life. Bring a fish acquarium or  indoor plants.
