I often feels anxiety, lack of self confidence and fear of social gatherings or meetings. I fears of social embarrassment and rejection. Please help and guide me.

Dear Client, Try exposure therapy, means be in that embrasing situation regularly. Your fear will get settled out gradually. Even systematic desensitisation will also help. Try deep breathing, JPMR, 54321 Techniques to manage anxiety. 5 days of therapy will works a lot for you.

It seems to be social phobia. It can be related with GAD. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required.

Hi pls consult with a Psychologist. you need to talk about that what kind of thoughts disturbing you regularly and how long. Seems like it may be social anxiety but need more assessment after that can conclude. But don't worry if you take proper counselling sessions it will cure.
