My vitamin d level is 14.85

Hello sir i have lots of weakness in my mind and legs my vitamin d level is only 14.85 is it dangerous and how many time to take suppliments of vitamin d to reach the optimum level pls suggest

Early morning sunshine exposure ( exercise preferably) between 6 and 8am for 45 min to an hour very day should naturally correct this deficiency this will take weeks . You need not panic about your D levels ,  Milk and egg products are rich in desired vitamin .
Next Steps
If all these do not improve your current health status do get yourself checked for thyroid function and b12 levels .
