My Vitamin B12 is 145

Past 6 month i am facing dizziness issue.so 6 month before I have checked HBA1c it is 6 and B12 is 350 but now my HBA1c is 6.5 and B12 is 150 so Dr asked me to take neurobin plus for 2 month.Neurobin is enough or can I go for any injection? Please suggest Drs.

Since B12 levels are very low ,from my opinion I would suggest you to check with your consulting Dr for B12 injection to improve levels .
