We need more information than what you have provided before giving you any advise. Are your teeth forward placed? Do they show gaps? Crooked? Overlapping? Broken? Loose? Short? Long? Discoloured? Do you show a lot of gums when you smile? Do your gums bleed a lot? The treatment depends on the diagnosis based on a thorough check up. At least a photograph and an OPG X-ray will be helpful.
