My baby is 3 months old, its been so many days that i have noticed that his head is always hot and his feet is always cold.he scratches his head alot. Is it normal to have hot head? I am really worried.

Yes babies forehead can be warm, if abdominal temp is increased, measure temp and if fever more than 100 give pcm, feet should not be cold , use mittens
