My mom got a scratch when feeding a stray cat yesterday and got a anti rabies vaccine immediately. Today she has 101 fever. Is that normal or should i take her to doctor?

She has developed an infection due to cat bite (or scratch). You must take her to a Doctor who can assess the magnitude of infection and prescribe treatment accordingly.
