Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3 times a  day.pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. Can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a month To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
