He has it since last 4 yrs he is under medication but his panic attacks r increasing he starts making sounds and his hand trembles during attack He has lost his self confidence during attack I giv him sos destress Med Tried all therapy’s nothing is working His doc says councilling wont help him just during panic giv him destress Med and keep him busy but bec he has gone so nervous he is not able to take any pressure what do U suggest mainly for his agony sounds
