To gain weight
1.eat 5-6 small meals a day
2.include 10 nos of dry fruits like badam, walnut, apricot etc
3.Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day
4.eat whole grains i. Your food.
5.include atleasr 2 fruits in the diet
