Take a good,healthy and balanced diet and ple to of physical exercise.
NO supplements will help,they are totally a waste of money.
Height depends on a lot of factors,main being genetic,but diet/exercise helps.
Everyone can't be bacchan,can he?
In any case height has NO relation to success or happiness,e.g amir Khan,Gandhi!!!
