Health Tips
Here are some strategies that may help. Here are a few ideas: Practice relaxation techniques: Deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery are all effective ways to calm your mind and reduce physical tension. Exercise regularly: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and anxiety. Even a short walk or yoga session can help you feel better. Prioritize self-care: Make sure you're taking care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in activities you enjoy. Challenge negative thoughts: When you notice negative thoughts creeping in, try to challenge them by asking yourself if they're really true. Often, our worries are based on unfounded assumptions. Identify triggers: Try to identify the things that trigger your stress and anxiety, and develop strategies to avoid or manage them. This might involve setting boundaries, practicing assertiveness, or changing your environment. Seek support: Seeking support from a mental health professional. Remember that everyone experiences stress and anxiety from time to time, and it's okay to ask for help when you need it.

Hi... First consult a Physician to rule out if there is any medical reason. But if it is Anxiety then I suggest you need to  consult a Psychiatrist first for him and then you can go for counseling for him.

Hey, first take him to a physician to rule out any other form of health condition. In that if nothing comes out then you could try taking him to a psychiatrist for anxiety medicine.
