My face keeps changing

Everytime I look in the mirror I see a different person somehow. Sometimes it's brilliant. Sometimes it's hideous. I just don't get it. How do I go from Michelangelo's David Sculpture to Frankenstein in no more than an hour...but it happens. I just don't get it and it really frustrates me. Also, every mirror sends a different image.
