Hi welcome - this is a common problem for most of the children. You see that child should avoid stress , additional physical or mental pressure. Avaiid all salted foods, Chips ,junk or fast food. Avoid cold drinks, chilled products. More carbs, with high protein. Sleep 8 hours -10 hours , all are for better health , & care of tonsillitis.
