My brothers wife have ovarian cancer

Ovarian cancer in fourth stage and taking three chemo but operation not done.she have no any problem and CA 125 level is about 135.can we take chemo more and it will be operative?

She needs reassessment in the form of PET CT and then decision on further chemo..if disease is limited to abdomen, she may need surgery too..
