By calling the problem as Anxiety I think you are using an inappropriate word. Please consult with a Neurophysician in your area. You need a proper examination. Some investigations may also be required. Only after he has excluded a Neurological cause, this problem might be labelled as Anxiety.

Anxiety is state that come when our body is fight with some problem which could be general or specific . When Anxiety come for short duration due to our daily activities then it's normal state of body which come in everyone but when Anxiety come as again and again and for long duration with some specific symptom like palpitations with increased heart rate then it's can be disease .
