I am struggling to conceive from 3 years my AMH level is 2.1 can I naturally conceive? Doctor have advised iui and ivf

It all depends how long you have been taking treatment for Infertility. That will determine whether you should conceive naturally or go for IUI or IVF. Normally every lady who has a uterus and ovaries and has a communication of uterus with vagina should be able to conceive naturally.
