My 3 years aged son having High Fever since morning & we give him 2.5 ml calpol but no change in temperature. Suggest me best medicine.

If I assume your child is at average weight for age, and wieght is around 14 kg, he needs to take   4 ml of crocin ds (240 mg/ 5 ml) syrup.. Do tepid sponging also
